Typhoon Tino (international name: Kalmaegi) destroyed homes in Cebu City and other areas in Central Visayas in the Philippines. The humanitarian crisis, which claimed roughly 232 lives has left several families homeless and staying in temporary shelters, with no sustainable solution to go back home to.
The Gratitude Fund supported relief operations of Feed the Children Philippines. While only a temporary solution, it was still a necessary initiative to help families bounce back from their devastating condition.
