Villa Victorias Elementary School (VVES) is in the heart of Villa Victorias Housing, Barangay XIII, Victorias City, Negros Occidental. This community is home to 2,323 households from several barangays who relocated to this area following the Super Typhoon Yolanda in 2013.

With 1,081 students and 17 temporary classrooms, the school faces challenges — below reading proficiency, lack of learning spaces and materials, and insufficient parent involvement — resulting significant learning delays.
Deeply rooted in the belief that it takes a village to raise a child, the Tupad Balay Project aims to collaborate with the community stakeholders in supporting the common needs of the community —a learning space, learning materials, and stronger learning relationships.
