Championing Community Choral Music

The Gratitude Fund supports Koro Seraphim, a local community church-based choral group from Bohol, in realising its dreams of spreading its music to the national and global stage.

Koro Seraphim was established in 2014 as a church-based choir. Composed of students and young professionals from various areas across Bohol, Koro Seraphim is dedicated to serving the community through its music ministry. Koro Seraphim’s ongoing dedication to both their craft and spiritual service is a testament to their devotion and the enriching role they play in their community.

In 2019, Koro Seraphim was an honorable mention (choir category) in the National Music Competition for Young Artists. Since then, the group has participated and won in various competitions across the country. In 2024, Koro Seraphim was awarded the Golden Diploma (Level V) Grand Prix Qualifier and emerged as the winner in the Mixed Choirs category during the Sing n’ Joy Bohol 2024.

The Gratitude Fund provides a small support to the group to continue realising its goal of participating in national and global competitions and in pursuing excellence in choral performance.
