A local ministry with the deaf in the Diocese of Dipolog (covers the entire Zamboanga del Norte) accompanies Catholic deaf people in values education, catechism, sign Mass interpretation, and spreading of the Gospel through silent witnessing.
The sole focus of the ministry is to make Jesus known and loved. It helps inspire the deaf to teach other deaf, in order to become caring, capable, and competent for the greater glory of God.
