Enabling the Pinoy Scientists Coalition

The Philippines needs to improve science to build knowledge, to innovate, and to improve the living conditions of ordinary Filipinos. While scientists and researchers are expected to contribute to improving lives and building the countries, they face many barriers in doing good science in the Philippines.

The Gratitude Fund PH supports WeSolve Foundation, Inc. and Pinoy Scientists in organizing the Pinoy Scientists Coalition and build the power of scientists to create a research environment where they can flourish and do their best work to advance science, to improve lives, and to build a better Philippines.  The Coalition, centered on equity, will strive to include young scientists, especially women and queer community leaders from the provinces.
